45-55 minutes of moderate running,

6×150 meter stride outs,

cooldown slowly,

hydrate,

recover.

Larry’s Deep Thoughts on Training: The Secret? Just one, be consistent and keep easy days easy and hard days just as the coach instructed. Do not overtrain, do not race during hard training days. Your body needs stressful days and non-stressful days.
