Your workout today is pretty simple.

Warmup slowly,

45-minute run, easy, with two 2-minute hills in the workout,

6 x 150-meter stride outs,

Cooldown slowly,

Hydrate,

get out of the wet clothes,

and Recover.

Deep thoughts from Larry, #2: As you build your fitness, be patient. On these days, run with friends, tell some stories and vary your terrain. Take the time to stretch post-workout slowly.
