This is the fifth day of week 2 of Recovery from Cross Country.

We will give you three weeks after the long season, and you can

decide, with your coaches, how you are recovering.

Today, we suggest a bike ride of 40 minutes, a swim of 30 minutes, a walk of an hour, or a 30 minute run.

Or, you can take the day off!

It is just two days prior to the Christmas holiday.
