Long runs are a weekly part of your training.
Long runs are 65-90 minutes long for high schoolers and 90-2 hours for college runners.
Long runs are part of all modern middle distance-long distance training.
During long runs, we suggest starting at a relaxed pace and building up to a moderate pace; midway through long runs, we suggest a 5-8 minute hilly section for the run and then return to moderate running.
