This is a Thursday hill workout.

Today’s plan:

Warmup slowly, 30 minutes of easy to moderate running, then, 8 x 250 meter hill, 8 x 200m hill, jog down between each hill repeat, 8 x 150m hill, jog down between each, slow, 15-20 minute cooldown, hydrate and stretch slowly.
