Our workout today is hill training!

Your workout:

warm-up, 30 minutes of moderate running, then, 8 x 300m hill, jog down, 8 x 250m hill, jog down, 8 x 200m hill jog down, 6 x 150m stride outs, 20 minutes moderate to easy running, cooldown.

Hills will help you build all cross country season and are perfect off-season training for 400m and 400m hurdlers! Do not miss our secret sauce!
