Today is a hill workout.

There are so many ways to do a hill workout, and that is one of the beauties of hills.

We call it the “secret sauce”.

Two options today:

Hill workout 1:

Warm-up, 20 minutes of moderate running, 30 minutes of hill fartlek, charge 10 hills for 90 seconds each, and jog down, finish up with 20 minutes of easy running to cool down.

Hill workout 2;

Warm-up, 20 minutes of moderate running, 8 x 250m hill repeats, jog down, 20 minutes of moderate running, 8  x 200m hill repeats, 20 minutes of easy cooldown.
