This is my daily chat with #RunBlogRun viewers and track fans on all things track & field!
This is Coffee with Larry for Thursday, September 5, 2024.
Coffee and tea, Scottie’s Eat Mor, the iconic breakfast spot, Fort Atkinson, Wisconsin, May 2024
Coffee with Larry is sponsored by OMIUS, the cooling technology company and cooling partner of RunBlogRun.
Omius is the official cooling technology partner of RunBlogRun
OMIUS makes hats, visors and head bands that keep you cool! Using cooling pods, that mimic how the body sweats, the hats, visors and head bands keep you cool for hours during workouts or competing, provided you spray with water every 30-45 minutes!

2. Mondo Duplantis defeated Karsten Warholm in a fun 100m exhibition, 10.37-10.47! Karsten had to wear SWEDEN kit in 400m hurdles in Weltklasse!
A perfect start kept Mondo in the lead all the way to win the 100m showdown. Duplantis finishes with 10.37, just ahead of Warholm’s 10.47.
