This is week two of the Winter Training Block, day three.
Our winter training block is about eight weeks of training to prepare you for the beginning of the spring track season.
We are trying to build up your mileage and endurance.
Your workout for today, is warm-up, 30-45 minutes, moderate running, 4 x 150-meter stride outs, and cool-down.
