This is Week 5, Day 4 of the 2023 Winter Training Block, and it is a hill day.

Hill training is my secret sauce, I learned the lesson from my college coach, Dan Durante and my partner in coaching, Joe Mangan.

Our workout today: warm up slowly, 30 minutes of moderate running, 8 x 250-meter hill repeats, jog down, 15 minutes of easy running, six strikeouts, 150 meters, slow cooldown.
