This is day 3, Week Seven for the 2023 RunBlogRun Spring Training for the Middle Distances.

Today is a recovery day.

After your tempo run yesterday, your body needs some time to adjust to the challenges you are putting it through.

So, today is about easy effort movement. Movement speeds up recovery, but keep the run at a conversational pace.

For your workout today, Warm-up slowly, with 12 sit-ups, pull-ups, and push-ups, then 50 minutes easy, and finish with 4x150m stride outs and slowly cooldown.
