This is a long run day.

This is Week Nine, Day 7, and Sunday is for long runs.

Lond runs were a great time for me, I worked on my papers for history class and considered ideas for my paintings ( I majored in history and fine arts).

Long runs allowed me to free associate and relax, giving me a mental and spiritual break during the week.

This is your workout for today, warm up slowly, 85-90 minutes moderate pacing, with a good hill climb of about ten minutes midway through, and then, cool down slowly.
